AMS/SMT Summer Film Music Mixer!

Greetings! 

The AMS Music and Media Study Group and the SMT Film and Multimedia Interest Group are planning a 2025 Summer Film Music Mixer and we’d like your help planning!

The plan is to meet an evening in mid-July (in the past, this has typically been a later-evening start time in Eastern Standard time) for 1-2 hours and discuss a “double-feature” of movies and their soundtracks. While we’ll have the movies available for sharing excerpts as needed, the expectation is that participants will have screened the movies in advance and will come prepared to discuss them.
